I always look forward to Sale-a-Bration and now, inside the snap of fingers, Sale-a-Bration 2024 is almost over. This is the first year that there will be only one Sale-a-Bration event….in January/February. In the past there has been one in the spring and one in the fall/winter. All that said, don’t miss your opportunity to reap these benefits.
Sale-a-Bration ends on Friday, February 29th and there are LOTS of great ways to earn Sale-a-Bration rewards over this next week. If you have a few bundles or suites on your wish list, you can quickly earn those rewards. For every $50 you spend in Stampin’ Up! products, you can earn Sale-a-Bration free products. You can also earn free Sale-a-Bration products by stocking up on everyday essentials (like card stock, adhesives, inks and envelopes). The 2022-2024 In Colors will soon retire (the end of April), so you have a perfect excuse to stock up on these inks, papers and accessories and then be able to select a few more Sale-a-Bration rewards.
2022-2024 Soon-to-be-Retiring In Colors
My favorite and most used of these colors is Parakeet Party, that bright and sassy lime-green. But as I’m writing I realize how often I used the Sweet Sorbet. And yes, I’ve gotten a lot of use from the blues as well. Bottom line: I’ll miss these five colors. Now I do have all the markers and stamp pads and re-inkers and card stock but how about you? If you don’t have one or two or all of these fun colors yet why not get them now, before Sale-a-Bration ends and then you can earn some free product?! You can check these 2022-2024 In Colors all out here.
Sale-a-Bration Items Do ‘Grow on You’ as You See Ideas
When I first thumbed through the Sale-a-Bration (S-A-B) Brochure I was a little ‘ho-hum’. That happens to me a lot. And then I see ideas from other stampers and I start to “gotta have” and “love” some of the S-A-B products. My very favorite has been the Flight & Airy 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. I love birds. And then the reverse sides of some of the bird images are just beautiful soft background colors of blue or purple-ish/pink.
We Made This Card in My Semi-Monthly Class
I promise to be back in a day or two with the ‘how-tos’ for this quite easy and truly lovely card. It’s mostly cutting and gluing with a bit of “fussy cutting”. Grab this Sale-a-Bration FREE 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper (162977) while you can and then you can make this card along with my tutorial.
Softly Stippled 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper
This is another S-A-B product that grew on me. Initially I wasn’t convinced. But I decided to get it with my reward dollars and have had a lot of fun with it. Just spend $50 or more to get this exclusive Softly Stippled Sale-a-Bration Designer Series Paper for FREE! By the way, you select your FREE items at checkout.
This card, also shared in a class, is so wonderfully clean and simple. It does have a few background layers — like four — plus the printed DSP pieces. The last two layers take a ride through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine * for a touch of pizzazz. And finally just add a focal point plus a few bits of bling. Watch for details in just a few days. * This lovely machine that I just touted is currently unavailable. It will be available the week of March 4th. Whew!
