Happy Golden Wedding Anniversary Card

After two more days of clearing out three rooms and two stairway landings in preparation for long long long overdue new carpets, I finally got to stamp.  I pretty much needed to be out of the house so why not catch up with some stamping.  I’ve been planning this anniversary card for my cousin in my head for several weeks.

And today I pulled all the supplies together and it turned out pretty much as I’d visualized it.  I based it on the birthday card below I’d received as an inspiration card from my upline, Debra Godfey, in Salt Lake City in April.

You can see a ‘how to’ post with measurements and supplies here.

For today’s card I stuck to as much gold as I could but the rest of the basic tools are the same:  Big Shot, Circle Framelit, Window Sheet, Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots, Number of Years Stamp set and Large Number Framelits.

One more day of carpet installation and then perhaps my stampin’ life be resume some normality.  In the meantime, I really have to be a homeowner first.  Thanks for hanging in there.
