The Detailed with Love stamp set caught my eye early on so it was the choice for the second of my new catalog swap cards. I also found the Lovely Floral Textured Impressions Embossing Folder very subtle yet very striking and wanted to pair the two. Family friends spent this last weekend with us and they brought two lovely bouquets of flowers which blended beautifully. They also became the inspiration for today’s card – Gorgeous Grape meets Daffodil Delight.
It took lots of trying this and that to finally pull the finished card together. At first I thought I’d never use the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon but after trying about five others the Tulle ribbon won the contest.

TIP: Where’d I get those Daffodil Delight Pearls that I used to accent the sentiment? I used my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker to color several of the Pearl Basic Jewels. You can turn a Pearl or Rhinestone jewel into any color for which you have a Stampin’ Blends Marker! The color doesn’t rub off. I love that feature of the Blends!
