Later this afternoon the “doors” will open to Stampin’ Up!’s annual November convention. But this year it will be virtual! The home office team has been working like crazy for months preparing for the best possible experience via this very different platform.
Last week I received this lovely box in the mail:
Of course I dove right into it when I got home. (Our mailbox is about 1-1/2 blocks away…..a nice morning or evening stroll.)
Inside…a ‘convention’ bag that is awesome as well as colorful. Super nice size for classes or the grocery store or beach or going to a friends home to stamp the afternoon away. Also inside were three notebooks and a colorful pen and a stamp set from the upcoming January-June Mini Catalog. Oh–and some stickers. I stuck a few of them on my notebooks already.
Also a trio of pins for swapping (hmmm….that might be difficult since we’re virtual rather than ‘in person’) but they are cute and coordinate with the theme of this event.
Here’s a closer view of the notebooks and stamp set:
Inside the notebooks……creativity options:
The stamp set, which we won’t be using at the virtual convention, is a preview, as I said above, of a set that will be in the January-June Mini Catalog. Please let me know if you’re interested in receiving one when they’re available in December. If you already have a demonstrator with whom you normally work you can most likely count on her (or him) to send one off to you.
Be sure to check back here over the next few days if you’re interested in what I’m up to….. New stamps, some creativity, or who knows what!? I’ll be posting on my demonstrator FaceBook space as well.
