I took the opportunity to spend my weekend working on our two week trip to Alaska last August (Project Life, 12″ x 12″) and making a handful of St. Patrick’s Day cards. The scrapbook is still a work in progress and I won’t put it away until finished. Fortunately I have a table where it can take up residence. 🙂
But here is the first St. Pat’s card I made. Two of the gals from our local Twain Harte Family Dental office are asking me to make cards for them for upcoming holidays so I have gladly complied.
This is a pretty quick and easy card which is nice. And this cute koala was getting tired of not be chosen for making a card for quite a while.
TIP: How did I make the shamrock? I punched out 4 hearts using the Heart Punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I placed a corner of each heart on a single Stampin’ Dimensional, then removed the backing from the other side and laid it over the Koala’s flower, hiding it completely. Then I placed a medium sized Pearl Basic Jewel in the center of the lucky 4-leaf clover.

It was rather unfair of me to use my Blendabilities on this card since they are currently unavailable. A work around if you don’t have any Blendabilities or you have them on your ‘next’ order: use an Aqua Painter and a puddle of ink from the lid of a Classic Stampin’ Pad. I’ll show you how to do this is an upcoming video.
Thanks for visiting today and have a nice evening. I’ll see you again, much earlier, tomorrow.
