I don’t know why, but this kit took me a while to get started on. Maybe that’s because it looks too simple? Well, fear not. It is simple and is is fun — more fun as each month comes along. I did the basics for each month and then went back and added my embellishments.
Yes I made one big boo boo. I thought the snowy January page would look better with silver glitter but the only silver glitter I have is the retired Glass Glitter. Hmm… Too big and chunky. So at the bottom of my January page I used Dazzling Diamonds Silver Sparkle. It looks so much better.
I couldn’t take any more photos tonight due to the fading sunlight so I’ll share the remaining months tomorrow when the sunlight is more favorable. I’m really looking forward to my Wednesday class and then another calendar class in May.
