I know, strange title. But, I’m chairman of our local fire department’s annual spaghetti dinner which (finally) takes place tomorrow, September 5th, evening, 4-7 p.m. Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, iced tea and ice cream.
If you’re in the Sonora CA area come on up the hill (14 miles on Hwy 108 N) to Sugar Pine / Mi Wuk Village for some of the best good ole spaghetti you’ll ever have. $10 adults/$4 for kids 10 and under. We’re even selling our famous Russ’s Secret Sauce throughout the evening for $4/pint.
After the dinner tomorrow (plus set up, the event, and clean up) I’ll be back to stamping. I’m working, mentally, on a fun thank you card for my committee members and support crew that I think you’ll enjoy.
I’m testing a thank you card, finished putting together the To You and Yours Shaker Cards Project Kit earlier today and have some card stock to deliver to another crafter for a fire department Family Fire Fest in October. Never a dull moment! But no more stamping for a long day tomorrow while I help feed a lot of people some great spaghetti in the apparatus bays of our Mi Wuk / Sugar Pine fire department. Yum.
