Stamping at the Mi Wuk Library

I really look forward to stamping at the Mi Wuk Library every month.  I’ve mentioned before that this stamping event has been going on since February 2004.  A few of those original stampers are still attending and new stampers join in every month.  It’s really a lot of fun and friendship.

Stamping at the Mi Wuk Library
Once-upon-a-time this little Library in the Woods was Mi Wuk Village’s volunteer fire station.

I’ll continue stamping at the library until the moving truck pulls us out of town–whenever that may turn out to be.  And I’m excited to say that one of our regular stampers, Jeanne, will be carrying on once we’re out of the area.  You bet I’ll start a new group at our community center in our Avimor community in Boise.

Bottom line:  if you’re in the Sonora CA area on a third Thursday of the month, 1-3 p.m., come on up.  The library is right below the now-closed-to-the-public Mi-Wok Ranger Station, just off of Hwy 108, on Sierra Park Drive.  Fee for the fun is $3 which covers my supplies as well as a donation to the library.  We create two full greeting cards, envelopes included.

Come for the fun, smiles, friendship and creativity and go home with a smile and two hand-stamped cards for two special and very lucky recipients.

Next stamping at the Mi Wuk Library opportunity:  Thursday, September 19th, 1-3 p.m.  See you there?
