OR…….HOW I’M TRANSFORMING MY STAMPIN’ STUDIO!
I knew this was not going to be a quick or easy task but I didn’t realize how committed I would get to it. But—I have to have it all put back together, painting included, before leaving for Salt Lake City and Stampin’ Up!’s convention on the 19th. Deadlines are “inspiration” for sure. I’ve been working from around 6.30 a.m. till 6.30 p.m. And it’s paying off. You couldn’t tell by looking at these photos though!
Today I’m running off for about 8 hours to pick up the ‘perfect’ desk that my daughter found on Craig’s list. It will go under that window and house my printer and paper work. I can’t wait to see it in place.
Yet to do: Remove any other pieces of storage units and then PAINT the room. Color is secret yet because I’m not quite sure what it’s going to be. The tables (piled high) in the center of the room will be removed as well and Russ is going to build me a new one, with storage cubes on the ends and in the center. Hmmmm. One week to go!
I hope you’re enjoying the ‘treasures’ I’ve found while emptying drawers. I’ve unburied some ridiculous projects, memorabilia and junk!
Have a great day. I’ll be back tomorrow with another progress report.
By the way, I’ve also added a few items to my Cyber Yard Sale. Check the Other: scrapbook kits, stencils, etc. category, bottom of the list.
I wondered if Russ might be doing something like that! Can’t wait to see!!!
