Actually, it doesn’t take much to make my days, but this was lovely:
Linda was my daughter’s first college roommate, they were roomies until they graduated and they have remained close friends ever since. Two husbands, five kids and several dogs later, they’re still best of friends. She’s sort of like an adopted daughter. Their birthdays are only one week apart. Little does she know, until now, that I made almost the same card for both her and my daughter this year.
