Yes, the retiring list is now available for the two Current Stampin’ Up! Catalogs: the 2016-2017 Annual Catalog and the 2017 Occasions Catalog. The retiring list was posted a few hours ago.

Why do you care about what’s retiring at the end of May when it’s only April 10th? Historically, when this list is published, items in shorter supply begin to sell out quickly. Stampin’ Up! will continue to make stamp sets until May 22. After May 22, all retiring stamp sets will be available while supplies last.
If there is a product you want, Stampin’ Up! recommends buying it right away and not waiting to see if it’s discounted later or you’ll risk it being sold out. Some products are initially offered at a discounted price from the beginning. Others will be added later, probably based on excess inventory.
