TIP: How To Keep Layering Squares, Ovals and Circles in Line

Stampin’ Up!‘s new Layering Squares, Layering Circles and Layering Ovals Framelits are super.  And each set has a super amount of pieces to keep organized.  I want to be able to keep each group of elements from each set where they belong rather than having to work it out each time I use them.  I’m thinking they could easily get mixed up and I chose to be prepared.

I know I won’t get the scalloped shapes mixed up with the straight edged shapes but I didn’t want to get the similar shapes intermixed.  Yes……..perhaps much ado about nothing but I like things kept neat and tidy so I don’t have to overthink when I want to use them.

So here’s my simple solution:  various shades of permanent markers.

Layering framelits plus permanent sharpy markers

And the ovals:

Can you see the little dots on each set of Framelits?

Easy peasy and efficient.  Try it.  I think you’ll like it.  By the way, if you don’t have any of these Layering Framelits yet, you can purchase yours in my Stampin’ Up! store.  Just click on each photo to be taken there.
