I’m really excited that Blends have joined the ink family with newly released alcohol markers. I was quite un-excited when there proved to be problems with the Blendabilities several years ago but I’m proud of Stampin’ Up! for spending time, dollars and energy to redesign the product so we can once again have some awesome alcohol pens of our own. These are artist-quality alcohol markers in 12 exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors. There will be more colors offered in due time.
During the last few weeks I’ve had a great time testing the Blends that, as a demonstration I could pre-purchase and then ‘test-drive’. They are soft, smooth and efficient and blend just as they are supposed to. I will admit I have more of a learning curve to climb but bottom line: I like them!

The price point is really reasonable: $4.50 each or $9.00 for a combo pack of the light and dark of a particular color. There are no refills for the pens but the reasonable price makes it easier to replace the pen you’ve just worn out. Each Blend pen is individually wrapped to keep it moist until you open it/them in your home. The Blends are also available under a single order number for all of them for $121.50 in case you don’t want be entering a whole lot of individual numbers. 🙂
