I’ve just found out that I’m having problems with my “published posts” actually showing up so I’m going to do my best to find them in my ‘history’ and re-post them. This post was originally posted on Monday, June 8, 2015.
I knew right away when I saw the cover of Stampin’ Up!’s new 2015-2016 Annual Catalog that the first thing I would order would be the cute green/white tin on the cover. I love tins. Who doesn’t!? But silly me, I thought it was a cute tin with fun hand stamped dividers that I would fill with cards I had already made. Period. (No, I didn’t read the details!)
It arrived today about noon and I was dumbly surprised and totally tickled with the contents.
Lots of embellishments as always, fun card bases and fun things to do. And I love that that pre-printed greetings are in English, French and German. I have non-stamping friends I can ‘wow’ in France and Germany and I can’t wait to get their cards made.
Tomorrow I hope to get to assembling the cards and stamping the index cards. You’ll also need the Tin of Cards stamp set to complete the kit as shown. I wasn’t silly when it came to ordering the stamp set! It’s right here on my desk.
But first…….I have to put away the items I took to the Royal Flush Crapper Derby at Flushing Downs on Saturday!!!
I had to pack it up after the event, load everything into my car, unpack my car quickly on Sunday morning and head to my daughter’s home 120 miles away in time to get to San Francisco to see a delightful stage production of Annie at noon.
And now I’m home, trying to catch up with myself. I’ll be getting back onto my regular blogging and stamping schedule this coming week. Whew!
