When’s the last time you used your Stamp-a-Ma-jig? Or……..do you even have a Stamp-a-ma-jig? It is an awesome tool.
Stampin’ Up! has just come out with a new video showing how to use the Stamp-a-ma-jig in a new(ish) way. It makes placing rainbow colors on a rubber image a ‘piece of cake’. Check it out:
You might say that you can also do this with your Stampin’ Write Markers and that’s totally true. To do that, with the broad tip of your marker, color directly onto the rubber of your image. Change markers and continue with another color until you’ve colored in all of the rubber. Huff* on the stamp and then stamp on your desired card stock.
* Huff: Just gently blow some moist air from your mouth directly onto your stamp to revitalize the ink. This is necessary when you’ve been coloring with various markers and some of the colors have had to wait a bit to be stamped. Easy peasy and very effective!
