KIRI LOY is from Las Vegas NV. I love her card. And like Kevin and Patty before her, she had pre-cut many of the pieces for her card. The little accents of White Baker’s Twine, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, and Rhinestone Jewels really add interest to her card.
