Unless something bazaar happens, today is the day to say bye-bye to Sale-a-Bration for 2024. It’s been a short but wild ride. What were your favorite got-to-have-them items this year?
Mine were mostly Designer Series Papers:
Heartfelt Hellos and Cradled in Love made me smile as well. And I’m sure I’m going to be using the Watercolor Melon when summertime comes around. And yes, definitely the Jungle Pals and Jungle Pals Dies made me smile. I just love the sloth.
Hmmm…..it seems to me that I really did have fun with Sale-a-Bration this year because I used the Softly Sophisticated Bundle and Detailed Dogwood more than once or twice these past two months as well!
January/February Were a Crazy Two Months
Honestly is really was a crazy two months both inside and outside of stamping. Two of my regular class participants took advantage of the Sale-a-Bration offerings and joined my Stampin’ Up! Team, one so she could benefit from her own purchases and the other so she could acquire the Glass Mat Studio. Sigh…..I don’t even have it yet. Huge welcome to Margie and Barb. It’s fun to have them on board.
I celebrated one of those *big* birthdays at the end of January. I don’t know HOW the many conspiring friends and relative hid the surprise party from me. There were lots of conspirators and I love them all! I also spent three days not stamping but cleaning and purging my stamping stash for 3 cold days in my garage. It. Felt. So. Good!
Neighbors, dear friend, nephew and hmmmmm….me thinks this is a special neighbor! Thank you Potter Wines, Von and Crystal, in Garden City for your part in the conspiracy!!!!!
More conspirators: brother, sister, dear old friend/neighbor/babysitter, neighbors, brother-in-law, friend, peek-a-boo son. It was an amazing event! Sadly it was followed the next day by the passing in our family of my young niece, but that event was a “we know it’s coming” blessing. Our Annika Milagro (miracle) has moved on and now life goes on.
I hope to be back on schedule now, posting what I’ve been stamping, teaching in classes and what I’m going to be stamping–in real time more or less in the coming days. Meanwhile……….
Thank you so much for popping in today. Please leave a comment below if you’re looking for a specific project or technique. And don’t forget to make a card and then make someone’s day by sending it to them.
