Today I’m here to save you a few pennies! Did you know that Stampin’ Dimensionals–those puffy little sticky things–work even when they’re half their ‘normal’ size? Don’t throw anything away that looks like the image below!
Use ’em All!
Use ’em all! This is when I pull out my Paper Snips and cut these remnants into little ‘half size’ Dimensional pieces. They work just fine!
Please don’t judge me for going overboard or being mega thrifty. 🙂 I just use all those little pieces to pop up images on my cards. You can’t see their size or shape from the front of the finished card. But you can see the ‘pop’ they create.
Can you see where I’ve snipped the border Dimensionals below? Just a quick little cut. But there are obviously still lots of pieces to be used.
In-Use Dimensionals Storage
Oh my goodness, in my home stamping and in my classes I will hand out little segments of what were one-upon-a-time full sheets of Dimensionals for use in ‘fluffing’ the cards we’re creating. And I store them in an old stamp box that keeps them nice and tidy and available.
