I found it on Heather Summers blog. Heather is a Canadian Stampin' Up! consultant. The stamp set Heather's friend used for the card might be retired but the layout is still valid and valuable and the start of a fun idea.

I'm not sure about it but……….I got the (hot air balloon) idea out of my mind and can move on to the next idea. I know the card can use some help.
