I want to update my post of a few days ago and then encourage you to ‘go ahead and make someone’s day’!
I’ve received several phone calls from friends who said they’d received my card and it just made their day! Warm feelings were exchanged both ways.
“We arrived home from yet another visit……….to your beautiful card! Thank you so much. It really brightened my day 🙂 I so love the simplicity of the card….great job!!”
Sending a card for no reason other than to just say ‘hello’ is such a lovely gesture to make. Brighten someone’s day. I know I’m going to do it again just as soon as I get past today’s crunch: I’m working on October’s Card Buffet as well as my ‘speech’ for Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage Local event in Phoenix on November 5th. I’m getting excited!
Back to work now. A quick refreshing walk to start my day and then creating and writing. Someone has to do it and it might as well be me!
