I’ve heard so often that you are much more successful when you write down your goals.
Well now. My goal for this year, written down and shared, is to grow my team of Country Loft Stampers.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator? I can tell you in two and a half words: It’s awesome!
Stampin’ Up! allows you to run your business your way! You can be gung ho business oriented or you can be a hobbiest who is just in it for her own purchases and the demonstrator discount. Your only requirement is $300 in sales per quarter. January-February-March, April-May-June, July-August-September and October-November-December. And you don’t have to meet that $300 amount until the end of your first full quarter. For example, if you signed up on September 5, 2016, the end of your first full quarter would be December 31, 2016. Or, if you signed up October 5, 2016, the end of your first full quarter would be March 31, 2017. I have demonstrators under me who are both hobbiests and business (full on or semi full on) demonstrators.
What is your benefit if you sign up under me? You get me! I have over 20 years of experience with Stampin’ Up! I’m not pushy. I let you run your business your way but I’m here to offer you guidance however you decide to run it. I’m always just a phone call away.
Since most of my downline are more than 100 miles away from me I don’t hold regular monthly or quarterly meetings. I am working on doing Skype meetings however on a quarterly basis. Again, I’m always a phone call away at any time. I do host an annual weekend retreat at my home in the mountains, 150 miles east of San Fransisco, where we do a shoe box swap, share new or old ideas, stamp our brains out and have some great food and snacks (prepared by hubby).
I have a FaceBook page for my downline members.
As a new downline member I’ll have a gift for you. And when you earn a promotion or reach a milestone (1 year, 5 years, 10 years etc) with Stampin’ Up! I’ll have a gift for you. I can’t be specific about the gift because it will vary with the individual and what’s currently available from Stampin’ Up! It will definitely show my appreciation to your for being a part of my/our team.
All that said, if you are even thinking about becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, give me a call or send me an email and we can talk. It’s so creatively rewarding, is great therapy, you’re part of a community and……..you’ll get to go to Stampin’ Up! events as you choose, can earn a cruise, and you’ll be “in the know” about upcoming specials and get advance copies of new catalogs along with the opportunity to purchase new product before the general public or your own customers. Really, what could be better?
