….How you can really ‘win-win-win’ on a $250 Sale-a-Bration order! This is the scenario of a great end of Sale-a-Bration order I received from a lovely new customer yesterday.
I facilitate a Stamping for Adults class at our local library on the third Thursday of every month. This has been going on since February 2004 and is like the Energizer Bunny. It just keeps going and going and we all have a great time every month. $3 for two cards, all supplies provided, no reservations needed. The average class size is 6-10 participants. Some people move away and we lose them and other people have just heard about the ‘class’ and join us.
“Suzy” is a new-to-the-class stamper and has a few stamping supplies at home. She was very interested in the Big Shot but didn’t know a whole lot about it so I went to her home this week to show her lots about it (Framelits, Thinlits, Textured Impressions Embossing Folders). I also had a look at her supply stash. It’s good. I explained about our stamp pads (she has used them at the library), about heat embossing — the powders, pigment ink, VersaMark and the Heat Tool — and pointed out the importance of ink refills, aka reinkers to me. Suzy wanted to place her Big Shot order before Sale-a-Bration ends on March 31st. She also wanted the Blossoming Basket Bundle, a $100 in purchases redemption.
Well, her final order was $253 (she found a few other great basic items like the Stampin’ Scrub, some Stampin’ Mist, Very Vanilla and Whisper White card stocks, Dimensionals, the Stampin’ Trimmer [best on the market], and the Stitched Shapes Framelits).
