Our community was without power from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. yesterday, totally messing with my plans to stamp and catch up with my blog. I did try for about an hour but my stampin’ studio was just too cold.
I took a florescent lantern to my work table with the intention of doing four Mediterranean Moments cards, one with each image. But first I had to assemble the set!
Then I set about stamping all four images, intending to get them all onto finished cards before coming in the house.
I did end up finishing the water coloring (love our new Watercolor Pencils) in the house where it was still somewhat dark but also a lot warmer. I’ll be back later this afternoon with my four finished cards but in the meantime, here’s number one.
I added the bit of a brick wall from the now retired (ugh) Ghoulish Grunge stamp set.
Be back later. I have to “run” to the Apple Store, about 75 miles from home, to swap out my phone which has a faulty battery. It’s not raining today. It’s not snowing. Perfect day to get this done. Plus I have an appointment at the Genius Bar.
