Congratulations to Carol for noticing the goof I allowed to happen on Friday’s class card.
Here is how we made our way out of the gross mistake on our all-but-finished card:
Stamp the correctly positioned greeting on a piece of scrap Whisper White card stock and cut it out. Adhere it onto a larger scrap of Blackberry Bliss card stock and cut it out following the shape of the greeting as closely as possible. Then just layer the proper greeting over the boo-boo greeting!
Remember………there are no mistakes in stamping. Only opportunities. Well, there may be a few exceptions as we all know but there are definitely opportunities to get ourselves out of a silly boo-boo.
P.S. If you like Blackberry Bliss as much as I do, be sure to get a little stash of card stock and perhaps an ink refill for your stamp pad before it’s gone at the end of May. The retiring list for the 2015-16 Annual Catalog has already been posted and usually the retiring In Colors are the first items to go out of stock. Just a suggestion. 🙂
