Rather than flowers, I wanted to make something different for two upcoming birthday girls. And I’m challenging myself to use stamp sets I own but haven’t used yet. (This should have been published before I published Monday’s post.) Well, I came up with two Bubbles & Bubbly birthday cards. Once in a while it’s just plain fun to go for images that are a little bit sassy and fun and they also each deserve some candlelit fragrant bubbly pampering. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had champagne in the bathtub but I’m giving my friends permission to just go for it!

The second card is just like the first one except that I used the Regals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (Shaded Spruce). I used the Subtles 6″ x6″ (Soft Sea Foam) for the first card.
Now that you’ve seen my thoughts put to paper about bubble bath pampering, will you actually take that break to pamper yourself??? Do you have a friend who would benefit from a time out in her day to pamper herself? My suggestion is to put this Bubbles & Bubbly stamp set in your collection or selection of stamp sets and then be sure to make a few cards to have on hand to share with your ‘needy’ friends. (Don’t forget to add a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to bring life to those bubbles!) Just the thought of relaxing in the tub with bubbles, the fragrance and glow of a few candles and perhaps even some champagne or sparkling cider is worthwhile. I’m send a Bubbles and Bubbly birthday card to a very special friend today. She works hard, is always go go going, and I hope this will be an invitation to kick back and smell the candles (or roses).
